TEAM NAMING - FERGUS HICKEY ROUND 4

Some familiar faces are back in the Craigs Investment Partners Bay of Plenty Men's team as they face Waikato Valley in round 4 of the Fergus Hickey Rosebowl this weekend with Bharat Popli and Brett Hampton both named.

After a first innings loss against Hamilton in round 3, this is a big game for Bay of Plenty who are now 3rd on the table under Counties Manukau and Hamilton. Coach Daniel Flynn is looking forward to the experienced duo to make an impact.

"It's great to have the experience of Hampton and Popli back to strengthen up the batting".

Popli is the second highest run scorer for Bay of Plenty 3939 runs, 12 shy of the top spot (Michael Wright 3950).
