Interim CEO Appointed

On behalf of the Board of Bay of Plenty Cricket, I am pleased to advise that we have appointed Mark Boyle as an Interim CEO.
 
The Board is continuing to search for a permanent replacement.  After an extensive search, we have been unable to locate an ideal candidate and the Board will now review the scope of the role and reconsider our options.  However, to ensure we have strong management in place and support for Tai and Jenny, we have appointed Mark in an interim role.
 
Mark has lived and worked globally in a corporate career spanning 30 years, including Chief Executive roles of significant business units and joint ventures in the chemical sector. He is currently the Managing Director of Te Puke EDG and is actively involved in a broad range of community activity as a Director of BOP Cricket, Chair of Rangiuru Rugby and Chair of Maketu School.
